Each has a specific price.
6. Choose Delivery/Pickup, a Date and Time.
(Please give us at least 5 days from order date to create).
7. Type in your Address.
(Do not use an Apt./Unit/Suite until an option is given).

8. Fill out Contact info.

9. Fill out Payment info.

10. Confirm Purchase.
